Water needs to be accessible during entire length of contract for use by Combined Pool and Spa as needed for water care.
To complete your service, our Service Technicians require an unobstructed path to the hot tub free of snow, ice or storage items. If the path is not clear, we may charge an additional fee to shovel. We also require access to a power outlet. Combined Pool and Spa reserves the right not to complete service if our Technicians do not have sufficient access. Additional charges may apply for any required return visits.
